When they got there it started to rain.

After she left Alex said to Mary Lou “I like you.”

They went to the big tree that Mary Lou used to hang out.

1. Describe Beth Ann’s new behavior. How does Mary Lou feel about it?

Beth Ann’s new behavior is girly girl attiud. Like looking in magazines and wearing make up. Mary Lou felt like an outcast but at the same time jealous that Beth Ann has a boyfreind.

2. How does Mary Lou react when Mr. Furtz dies?

Mary Lou reactes surpiresed because she see Mr.Furtz running outside all the time and would never suspect such a healthy man have a heart attack.

This week my job was the passage master. In the story I found two big, important passages. When Carl Ray gets a job and when Mister Furtz died.When Carl Ray got a job it was a big thing because mostley all the pages we read were about Carl Ray getting a job. When Mister Furtz died it was big because he is the one who gave Carl Ray his job.

When I was the connector I connected my real life event to the story. I connected the story to my life story by telling when my cousin came over to get a job so she can buy a car. It is very similar to the story when Mary Lou’s cousin came so he can get a job and get back on his feet. They were connected by getting jobs and going to different families.

Why was Paul content to be backup goalie?

Paul was content because he was good and he made the team so he can play sometimes and there are only 15 kids on the team so if the golie is tired he can get in the game.

2. What happened when Paul went in to the soccer game for Victor? What was Victor’s reaction?

Paul sored his first goal. Victor’s recation was he gave Paul a high five.

3. Why didn’t Maya need Mrs. Fisher’s encouragement?”

Maya didn’t need Mrs.Fisher’s encouragement because she was on the all american boys team so she is really good.

If I would choose a type of music for the Tangerine movie it would be Mozart, because when Paul was chase by the car,or when the tangerine trees were burned down when Paul and his Mom was driving to Florida. These scenes were dramatic and Mozart is dramatic music so it would be perfect for the Tangerine movie.
